Your bidder’s can e-mail drawings from our FTP site and download only those files they need; resulting in quicker turn around times on bids and reducing costly costs.
Sub Contractors – We can provide you with quantity take-off services for electrical, painting, acoustical ceiling tile, floor covering, drywall, site work and janitorial. E-mail us your specific project plans and specifications and we’ll return to you a detailed estimate in a timely manner.

Property Managers – By posting your project plans on our FTP site, we can quickly and efficiently solicit RFP’s from your firm’s existing contractor’s or a pool of pre-screened general contractors that can provide you qualified bids. All general contractor bids are submitted directly to the specific property manager.
Leasing Agents – E-mail us a space plan of your existing and proposed lay out with a standard building finish schedule and we will provide you with a detailed cost estimate to assist you, the Owner and prospective tenant in closing a pending lease deal.
Lenders – We will work with you and your potential borrower to generate accurate and detailed construction estimates to assist in how much they may need to borrow for a specific project or commercial property.
